You can reach me at 475-988-5004 or by filling out the Contact Us form to schedule a brief introductory call. I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions.

At the outset, my main objectives are to establish trust, create a comfortable environment for our work together, and understand what has led you to seek help. Together, we will develop a tailored treatment plan and actively engage in learning and practicing new skills that can assist you in your daily life. Periodically, we will assess how much progress you are making toward your goals and adjust our session content and frequency based on your progress.

Each session is 50 minutes. Many people find meeting once per week enough to make progress. When someone is in a crisis or just wants to work more intensively, we can meet more often to provide the right level of support and engagement you need. Session frequency may start weekly but evolve to every other week and monthly as you feel better and more confident.

My focus is to help you reach your treatment goals in as few therapy sessions as possible with long-term improvements. The number of sessions needed varies from person to person and the nature of the concern. For some, meaningful improvements can be seen in as few as 4-6 sessions. For others, 12-16 sessions are needed to reach a point where you feel clinically significant and sustained improvements. Some people seek support for a longer period to work through complex issues or break long-standing habits.

I am not part of any insurance network but I will provide you with an invoice you can submit to your health insurance company for each of our therapy sessions. Many companies will reimburse you for at least part of your sessions or may count it towards your deductible. I will also provide you with the appropriate medical codes so you can submit your claim through their website.
